Proconsumidor DOSnapSphere Studio provides product photography services for small brands, including studio and on-location work in Santo Domingo Norte, subject to availability and pre-session planning. The scope of each project is confirmed through inquiry, review of product count and style, reference and shot list, quote, sample setup approval, production, proof review, and file delivery.
WIPOFees are quoted based on product count, views, styling, and retouched files, and payment methods may include card or bank transfer as agreed for the project. Any commercial terms, including the final scope and delivery plan, must be confirmed in writing before work begins.
The client is responsible for providing accurate product information, a clear shot list, and any usage notes needed for the session. SnapSphere Studio may decline or adjust a request if the materials, timing, or production requirements are not suitable for the agreed scope.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all photographs and related creative materials remain the property of SnapSphere Studio, and the client receives only the image license expressly stated for the project. No RAW files, rejected files, or unedited camera files are included by default, and no broader rights are granted than those specifically agreed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapSphere Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for results affected by client instructions, product condition, or incomplete information. Retouching and editing do not guarantee exact recreation of reference images, colors, textures, reflections, proportions, or backgrounds, and do not include identity or product transformation beyond the agreed scope.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Dominican Republic, and any dispute should be brought in a competent court or forum with jurisdiction over the matter. If a separate written agreement applies to a project, that agreement will control to the extent of any conflict.
